Before you can schedule your exam, you must have submitted an application through the CPH Registration and Verification Portal. If you have not yet applied to become Certified in Public Health, visit the CPH Registration and Verification Portal to submit your application.

Once approved, you will receive instructions via email for creating an account with us and scheduling your exam.
